NovaLab KAN is an analytics and intelligence project operated by Álvaro Pinto under the KYO name. The application is currently being developed for a private operational pilot.
1. Access and authorization
This website provides public information about the project. Operational application access is limited to the account holder and authorized participants. Visiting this website does not grant access to connected Google accounts or private project records. Google account holders control their consent to the application’s requested permissions.
2. Responsible use
Use KAN only with information, accounts, and sources you are authorized to access. Respect applicable source-platform terms, privacy requirements, and intellectual-property rights. Evidence files and third-party marketing material remain subject to their owners’ rights.
3. Evidence and development limits
KAN’s source coverage and unattended processes are under validation. A captured page or publication records an observation at a point in time. It does not by itself establish complete campaign coverage, impressions, contractual fulfillment, or a monetary value. Any estimate must be identified as an estimate and assessed with its supporting assumptions.
The project does not currently offer a public subscription service or a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Operational findings should be reviewed in context before being used for business decisions.
4. Data and permissions
The privacy policy explains Google Drive permissions, storage, authorized sharing, revocation, and deletion requests. Participants must keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized use to the project operator.
